What the difference between Copolymer Acetal or Dupont Delrin in Round rods or sheets and plate

Dupont Delrin is the best plastic for turning on a lathe lathe. It is pretty easy to turn, but it does require slower speeds. I use this plastic to make Scottish small pipes chanters.
